Tiffany Banks is a writer, spoken-word artist, speaker, curator, wellness, and natural medicine advocate. Banks studied literary arts earning a B.A. in English Creative Writing from Cal State, Eastbay. Banks discovered poetry through what she calls, was a spiritual transformation, and now advocates that the medium of literary arts and expression is a form of medicine and therapy. She co-created and organized “Speak On It”, a weekly open mic for spoken word and various forms of performance art held in the Bay Area, CA since 2017. Banks has been featured for her visual art, facilitated numerous creative writing workshops, coached grade school students for city-wide oratorical competitions, and has been featured as the speaker/spoken-word artist for various museums, galleries, podcasts, venues, schools, churches, fundraisers, radio stations, concerts, and other events. Banks published her freshman body of work titled, Selah, a collection of poems and short stories in October 2017.
Tiffany Banks’ Work is recognized as a brand of holistic creativity, focusing on weaving various creative mediums into energy work and healing. Banks’ mission is to inspire personal power and induce healing, manifestation, and transformation using the tools of creative writing and expression.
